Our supply channel is organized for efficiency and practicality. All sales, engineering and administrative functions are performed in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, USA. Asian, European, and Middle Eastern countries are supported with products directly from one of three distribution hubs located in Germany and Hong Kong. All North American (including Canadian) and South American shipments are handled by our Ft. Lauderdale, FL facilities unless otherwise requested by customer. Sales Representatives and distributors are strategically located around the world, and offer local technical and product support.

Quality assurance begins from the raw material to the end product using extensive design-in, material control and inspections for IQC, IPQC, QQC testing procedures to ensure the high quality of our products. QC/QA laboratories continuously perform quality assurance investigations and analyses to ensure the zero defect standard.
All products manufactured and supplied by QANTEK are RoHS compliant if not otherwise stated. As a manufacturer of quartz crystals and oscillators QANTEK’s company policy is to ensure that the directives, procedures and requirements as set out in the RoHS directive are complied. QANTEK has evaluated and continues to evaluate all products to determine heavy metal content. QANTEK continue to pursue strategies to ensure RoHS compliance and will continue to update this statement as the situation unfolds.
As a global supplier of frequency management components, QANTEK Technology Corporation has a policy of conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner and operating fully within all regulatory guidelines. QANTEK is classified by REACH as a “downstream user”. We are obligated to report any product or shipping material containing substances on the list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in REACH in quantities greater than 0.1% (W/W). After reviewing our processes and consulting our suppliers, QANTEK has determined NO product or packing material containing the substances on the list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in REACH. Therefore QANTEK products are NOT required to be registered.
All QANTEK products are in fully compliance with REACH regulations.
-QANTEK does not directly export chemicals (either substances or preparations of substances) to EU but articles which are electronics components.
-There is no intended release of substances or preparations from QANTEK products under normal application conditions.
-The substance quantities contained (if there are any) are well under the REACH usage and reporting threshold of 1000 tons per year per manufacturer.
As a global supplier of frequency control devices, QANTEK Technology Corporation has a policy of conducting business and operating within all regulatory guidelines.After reviewing our processes and consulting our material suppliers, the products supplied by QANTEK Technology Corporation do contain one or more of the 3T1G – Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Tantalum (Ta), and Gold (Au), also known to be the conflict minerals. QANTEK Technology Corporation does NOT directly purchase any of these minerals and does not know the source from the DRC countries or its neighboring countries.
Due to the complexity of the mineral supply chain, QANTEK Technology Corporation is unable to identify the origin for the minerals used in our products. We are however, requesting our material suppliers to take reasonable due diligence in the supply chain to ensure that the minerals used are not sourced from conflict regions.
